Want to read more? Are you interested in exploring queer literature? Join us every first Thursday to discuss queer fiction.

For our first meeting, we will be reading the short story, "I Sexually Identify as an Attack Helicopter," by Isabel Fall. This short story takes the titular transphobic copypasta seriously in an exploration of gender, violence, and the stage. The story was very controversial online when it was published. We will discuss the story on its own merits and examine the social media fallout that happened after it was published.
