We'll share seasonal supporting remedies for Spring. Sinuses and allergies will be a focus, along with the general-cultural-stress always in need of herbs. melissa will bring an array of bulk teas, introduce the materials at hand and facilitate tea blending for individual needs. Bring your stories of ailments, symptoms, any herbs you may have to share, and a jar or ziplock to house your take-home blend. We'll be integrating what we make into our communities and generating ideas for more activities with herbal care kits and care stations.
